CONCEPT & APPROACH
One of our luxury boutique hotel clients asked us to create a music strategy and brand book, allowing them to communicate a consistent music identity to their teams worldwide at both the brand and property levels. We used music samples and storytelling to establish a clear throughline that could be applied flexibly from lobby to rooftop across the portfolio.
To activate the strategy both on-site and digitally, we generated branded QR codes that linked guests directly to playlists—seamlessly integrating music into the guest experience and the brand’s marketing efforts. The brand book remains a foundational tool for teams around the world, ensuring the right music is always in the right space.
